  • You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle
  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation

Refunds are provided in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We may update pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Service Availability

  • LOSS OF DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
  • FINANCIAL LOSSES OR DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Squawkdeck LLC from claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your misuse of information obtained through the Service

13. Sanctions and Export Compliance

You may not use the Service if you are subject to sanctions or located in a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions under applicable laws, including those administered by the United States.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are not listed on any government sanctions or restricted party list
  • You are not located in, or acting on behalf of, a sanctioned country or region

We may restrict or terminate access to the Service where required to comply with applicable laws or regulations.

We make no representation that the Service is appropriate for use in all jurisdictions, and access may not be available in certain locations.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Wyoming under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive the right to participate in class actions.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
